By placing your order at www.CBDSmiles.com, you are agreeing to all of the terms and conditions listed below.
At CBD Smiles we want our customers to be happy with their purchase experience and the products they buy from us. Our customers are our top priority and we will respond as quickly as we can. We are always open to suggestions for new products you would like for us to carry and for suggestions on how we can serve you better.
Payments can be made with Visa, MasterCard. If you would like to pay by check or money order please contact us by phone at (570) 985-9705 to place your order.
There my be a fee charged by YOUR BANK that is based on a percentage of your order. You must contact YOUR BANK for information on their policy on this fee.
Your purchase may be declined by YOUR BANK as a fraudulent transaction. In this event it is your responsibility to contact YOUR BANK and let them know that your transaction with CBD Smiles is not fraudulent. They may still decline the transaction. If this happens you will need to use a different card to complete your order.
We strive to ship your order as soon as possible, often times if your order is placed before 3pm on Monday through Friday we can ship it that same day. When same day shipping is not possible we will ship your items within 1-2 business days.
Orders placed over the phone AND paid by check or money order will not be shipped until we have received and processed your payment.
All shipping fees are based on package weight and shipping destination. All packages are shipped USPS first class or priority mail.
All orders of $200 or more will require insurance through the USPS and a signature upon delivery.
CBD Smiles will only offer a refund or exchange on damaged or defective products. If you receive a damaged or defective item in your order please contact us within 7 days at (570) 985-9705 or at support@CBDSmiles.com for directions on how to receive a refund or exchange your product. You MUST include a valid phone number and email address with your returned items so that we may be in touch with you about sending a replacement item or a refund.
There is no refund if you do not contact us within 7 days or receiving your order. After 7 days it is at our sole discretion if a refund or replacement is appropriate in a particular situation.
There is no refund on any shipping fees.
Your privacy is very important to us! At no time will CBD Smiles sell, rent or give your information to anyone.
CBD Smiles will offer different promotions at various times throughout the year. We reserve the right to end or extend any promotions at any time at our discretion.
